Inching my way there...

This morning, with 34 days to the wedding, I discovered that I am no longer gourd-shaped.

I've lost 2 inches in the waist, 2 inches in the dropped waist, and half an inch in the hips. Back to pear for me!

Same same same

Okay, I'm back. Tonight I ran 3 miles (in 28 minutes) and then biked for 20 minutes. Luckily Top Model was on so I was happy to exercise. If only Top Model sponsored the biathlon.

I suck

I didn't run for a week! All that work I did for the biathlon and now I am out of shape again. Yesterday, I ran 1.5 miles and rode a bike for 20 minutes. I better do more today. Maybe we should do calisthenics at Joanna's shower?

50 days down, 50 to go

We're half-way there, ladies!

Progress report:
I've done almost no exercise.
But I have been pretty good about my diet. Recap: no refined sugars, no grains, starches, etc.
So far, I've lost the weight that i gained during the first 30 days of this challenge. So I'm basically where i was when i began: 8 lbs to go.

Maybe the exercise regime should begin now?

Spring Break - Daytona, here I come!!!

Just kidding! Spring Break will be spent doing fun things like taking care of four dogs and power washing the poop deck off the back of the house. More importantly I will be spendin g the next two days biking. Today will be a bit shorter in Wissahickon, but tomorrow we are riding to Valley Forge! Wish me luck.
