My first day

I hate to be the poster girl for perfection, but we'll it's so hard to be oh sooo good.

I did an hour workout at home and Michael laughed a few times at me, but I did it anyway. I did eat some dessert, but overall not too much food.

Okay, like no water..

Michael and I did stretching and situps today. Plan on doing more later in the day, but the cable is out now...ah. No FIT TV.

My legs are killing me from yesterday, but it feels good. Can't wait till the stomach is back to normal...

Love this challenge. Need the motivation.
