New diet, new me

70 days to go. For those who are keeping track, that leaves me 10 weeks and 10 lbs to lose. That's only two lbs more than the day i started, so i'm doing pretty good!

I started a diet today. Lean proteins, healthy fats, all carbs come from vegetables, no refined sugars. Breakfast: egg white omelet. Lunch: Salad nicoise. Dinner: Roasted chicken, broccoli, salad, all in small portions. No muffins!

Then I went to the gym! Hooray!!

It was a really boring day.
