We're half-way there, ladies!
Progress report:
I've done almost no exercise.
But I have been pretty good about my diet. Recap: no refined sugars, no grains, starches, etc.
So far, I've lost the weight that i gained during the first 30 days of this challenge. So I'm basically where i was when i began: 8 lbs to go.
Maybe the exercise regime should begin now?
