Later on in the day - it got better

Update...

Went to the gym and ran a little over 2 miles, did some abs, and used the machine for inner and outer thighs (known to some as "the sex machine"). Food didn't go so well, but not bad either - SOuth Beach Bar, half a muffin, half a sausage sandwich from the guy outside of Home Depot (I was really hungry), and I may have licked the spatula when making brownies, but nobody saw me do it, so you can't prove anything.

Tomorrow: Snow tubing from 10 - 2 and tennis from 6:30 to 8:00. Yay snow tubing!

Day 99

Gym - 1 hour:
20 minutes on elliptical
20 minutes, stretching and doing sit-ups
20 minutes, arms

Lunch:
Joe yelled at me for buying "rabbit food" then proceeded to cut salami all over his nice salad.

See? I'm making up for yesterday.

My first day

I hate to be the poster girl for perfection, but we'll it's so hard to be oh sooo good.

I did an hour workout at home and Michael laughed a few times at me, but I did it anyway. I did eat some dessert, but overall not too much food.

Okay, like no water..

Michael and I did stretching and situps today. Plan on doing more later in the day, but the cable is out now...ah. No FIT TV.

My legs are killing me from yesterday, but it feels good. Can't wait till the stomach is back to normal...

Love this challenge. Need the motivation.

Day 100: Got a cold

For day 100, I got a cold. My 100 day goal is to be in shape to complete the March Madness Biathlon (April 1st) and to ride a bike 216 miles (June).

And on the 99th day...

Woke up 45 minutes later than I had planned.

Drinking coffee rather and writing this entry - not sure how this will get me into my jeans (Goal #1: Fit into Armanis AGAIN!).

No worries though - yesterday I walked to Rittenhouse, walked around stores, walked back to my car. That's kind of like running (Goal #2: Run 5 miles outside).

And I didn't get the extra Sour Patch Kids at the movies!

Welcome to the 100 day challenge!

I've got 100 days to look awesome in my slim-fitting dress.

Here's the goal: Lose 8 lbs in 100 days.

I've vowed to start by doing: 20 minutes of exercise. Everyday. Eight glasses of water. More to come.

Easy breezy.

Day 1: Ate brie. Did 50 sit-ups. Gained 2lbs.
