For the past week, I've avoided most refined sugars and only eaten carbs that come from green veggies and, umm... white wine. When I'm eating well, most meals are big chicken/tuna salads or stir-fries. I've still been really lame about exercise.
Here are the results:
-1.8lbs
Not bad for the first week. I'll try and hit the gym this week.
According to weddingchannel, i got 63 days of this ascetic lifestyle. And then? I shall eat cake!
